Job Title: Loan Evaluator

Area: Pinetown, KZN

Salary: R 8 000.00 - R 10 000.00

The Loans Evaluator Role is a head office and interactive role that requires the Employee to engage with Loan Agents in the company to review, assess and evaluate customer loan applications. The loan evaluator will also be required to engage with customers to assess, explain and review loan applications through telephonic and other media channels on loan applications submitted through the online channel.

This role requires someone with above average customer service and communication skills in various communication platforms. The successful candidate will be in charge of contacting customers, reviewing loan applications, processing customer applications, and confirming employment.

Functional:

• Responsible for verifying and evaluating loan applications from branches.
• Conducting financial analysis and credit checks on loan applications.
• Processing and verifying online loan applications from time to time.
• Disbursing funds for online loan applications from time to time.
• Ensuring loan compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Reconciling daily loan applications and reporting.
• Communicating with online loan application clients.
• Confirming employment for worker loan applications.
• Ensuring that all loan documents are completed correctly.
• Updating client accounts with payments.

Compliance:

• Ensure full compliance with NCA & NCR Regulations.
• Ensure full compliance with POPIA.
• Ensure all company policies are followed and upheld.
• Ensure proper and regular reporting on activities and tasks.
