Company Overview: Lexdan Select is assisting a Financial Services company with their search for an Employee Benefits Consultant, based in Sandton, Gauteng.

Functions:

1. Responsible for analyzing retirement funds and risk benefits.
2. Ensure that benefits offered are best suited to each industry and are client specific.
3. Offer comparative quoting and market research when designing benefit structures.
4. Review group risk benefits annually.
5. Create presentations for prospective clients, fund trustees, employers, and members of retirement funds.

Requirements:

1. An NQF 5 financial planning qualification.
2. Class of business certificate in retirement.
3. A minimum of 5 years experience in EB consulting.
