Job Title: External Site Manager

I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a tier 1 residential developer, in assisting them with recruiting an External Site Manager for their major residential scheme based in East London.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the external packages including RC frame, ground works, hard and soft landscaping, and facade works.
2. Ensure the safety of temporary works.
3. Coordinate sub-contractors.
4. Ensure quality assurance is met to a high standard.

Qualifications:

1. BEng Civil Engineering degree.
2. Minimum of 5 years experience working for a residential main contractor or residential developer.
3. Valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid Certificate.

This is a one-year freelance contract role, with payments made via CIS.
