Senior ERP Developer – PeopleSoft

A highly reputable organisation requires the expertise of a Senior ERP Developer to form part of the Information and Communication Technology business unit.

Position Overview:

The purpose of this position is to provide business and system analysis and programming expertise in the analysis, design, and development of business applications based on PeopleSoft/Oracle’s development stack, including maintenance of existing applications in the organisation to ensure their continued effective and efficient functioning to support evolving business processes.

This Senior ERP Developer reports to a Senior Manager: Applications Development, Support & Maintenance and is responsible for leading and managing Junior Developers.

Key Performance Areas include:

1. Strategic function.
2. Develop business applications.
3. Provide business applications support.
4. Financial management and operational management.

Essential Experience, Qualifications and Skills Required:

1. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Systems Analysis, Software Development or related technical experience is essential.
2. Experience developing using the PeopleSoft Tool Set is essential:
3. Application Designer.
4. Application Engine.
5. People Code.
6. Application Packages.
7. Integration Broker.
8. Knowledge of PeopleSoft Systems and Software Packages, including Implementation, System Integration and Support.
