Job Description

Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: 3 - 6 months at start, with a potential to convert to perm

Our client, a leader in financial services, is seeking a talented Midweight Writer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in crafting engaging content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, marketing materials, and social media. They will work closely with the Editorial team to develop clear, concise, and compelling copy.

What you will do:

1. Write high-quality content for websites, blogs, marketing collateral, and social media.
2. Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure consistency of tone and voice across all platforms.
3. Conduct research to produce informative and accurate content.
4. Edit and proofread content to meet brand guidelines and editorial standards.
5. Optimize content for SEO, ensuring it drives traffic and engagement.
6. Meet deadlines and manage multiple writing tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of professional writing experience, with a strong portfolio or writing samples.
2. Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills.
3. Experience with SEO and content optimisation best practices.
4. Strong research skills and the ability to quickly grasp new topics.
5. Partner with the Lead Writer and collaborate effectively.
