The Role

Job Duties

1. Cash Control: Perform cash desk duties; ensure daily cash control, banking, and accurate manual transactions with zero cash variances.
2. Stock Control: Follow daily stock procedures, manage customer orders, conduct weekly stock counts, and maintain storeroom organization and shoe pairing.
3. Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service, foster relationships, and maintain strong product knowledge.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 6 months - 1 year of retail experience
• Complete Matric/Grade 12 qualification
