Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring that all financial strategies align with the company's performance goals. KPI: Accuracy and timeliness of reports, variance analysis, compliance with standards Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning KPI: Budget adherence, forecast accuracy, cost-saving implementations Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support ongoing business continuity. KPI: Cash flow accuracy, working capital ratio, Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) Ensure tax compliance, regulatory adherence, and risk management. KPI: Audit findings, tax compliance, effectiveness of internal controls Oversee payroll operations and statutory reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax regulations. KPI: On-time payroll disbursement, employee satisfaction, tax filing accuracy Work with other teams to align financial strategies with company goals. Develop HR strategies for recruitment, retention, and engagement. Oversee performance evaluations and talent development programs. Requirements and Qualifications
Hard Skills
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration 10+ years of senior leadership experience in finance and HR functions Expertise in IFRS, German GAAP, and corporate tax compliance Experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and financial restructuring Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP Proven HR leadership experience, including performance management and talent acquisition Experience in internal and external audits Soft Skills
Strong leadership and team management capabilities Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities High ethical standards with a focus on integrity and compliance Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced business environment Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills Additional Considerations

Work Environment and Reporting Structure
