As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting a wide range of beverages, including signature cocktails, classic drinks, and curated wine and spirits offerings. Your role will involve not only preparing drinks to the highest standards but also engaging with guests, providing recommendations, and ensuring an unforgettable experience at the bar. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, managing inventory, and following all health and safety regulations.
Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience as a bartender in a high-end or fine dining restaurant.
Extensive knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and bar operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality.
Certification in Mixology or a related field is a plus.
