Position: Restaurant Manager Location: Kloof Street, Cape Town

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth functionality.
2. Lead and mentor front-of-house staff, fostering a positive team environment.
3. Develop and update service protocols to enhance customer experience.
4. Ensure high standards of service quality, presentation, and hygiene.
5. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.
6. Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage costs efficiently.
7. Handle restaurant budgets and maintain financial records.
8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
9. Address any restaurant-related issues promptly and effectively.
