A Legal Practice situated in the V & A Waterfront, Cape Town, requires the professional services of a Commercial Attorney with Tax experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing various documents.
2. Attending meetings with clients to discuss matters and client requests.
3. Developing and implementing effective Tax Structures.
4. Conducting in-depth legal research to stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations.

Skills:

1. Must have a proven background and understanding of Commercial Law.
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills.
3. Strong analytical ability with meticulous attention to detail.
4. Leadership capabilities, demonstrating autonomy and teamwork.
5. Resilience, the role will entail long working hours and the ability to perform under pressure.
6. Ability to foster and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
2. LLB.
3. Post-graduate degree / Diploma in Tax.
4. Must be fluent in English.
5. Member of the LPC.

Salary: Salary commensurate with experience.
