Sales Agent

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Agent to join our expanding team. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for actively engaging with customers, generating leads, and closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
2. Present our services to potential customers, highlighting features and benefits.
3. Prepare and deliver sales proposals tailored to client needs.
4. Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the sale.
5. Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor products.
7. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
2. Proven experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role.
3. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
8. Cellphone and laptop/computer.

Please note that this position is strictly commission-based for the first three months. Thereafter, a monthly salary of R8,000.00 - R15,000.00 (permanent) will be offered to you based on your performance and qualifications, or you may opt to keep your commission structure.
