NEW VEHICLE SALES MANAGER

Job Description: *****Note:** Franchised motor dealership experience is required.

Position Overview:

Seeking a dynamic leader with a sales passion to manage a high-performing team at a prestigious motor dealership in George. This role focuses on driving sales, enhancing profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies to maximize new and used vehicle sales.
• Motivate and support the sales team to achieve targets. Oversee vehicle inventory and trade-in processes.
• Collaborate with management on budgets and forecasts.
• Guide deal-making and focus on customer retention.
• Attract and retain top talent for the sales team.

Qualifications:

• Experience Required: 5 years as an Automotive General Manager.
• Matric Certificate (Essential)
• Diploma in Management/Marketing/Sales (Ideal)
• Valid Driver's License (Required)
• 3-5 years of sales team leadership in automotive retail.
• Strong knowledge of New as well as Used car market and stock management.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and sales processes.
• Experience in financial management and budgeting.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
