Job Description:
  • Cashbook processing and mapping – ensuring allocations are correct as confirmed with the Accountant.
  • Capturing supplier invoices and ensuring this is reconciled to the supplier statement monthly.
  • Various reconciliations (Bank, General ledger, Debtors and Creditors).
  • Preparing payments of suppliers.
  • Filing of all supporting documents.
  • Draft and issue client invoicing.
  • General office administration.
  • Any other reasonable task required by the company.
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years experience in a similar position.
