Position Overview :

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will start by focusing on appointment setting, learning our services in-depth, and shadowing experienced sales team members during calls. After a few months of training and proven performance, you will transition into a full-time sales role, directly contributing to driving revenue and growing our business.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Work within our CRM platform (GoHighLevel) to manage leads and follow-up communications.
  2. Contact prospects who have inquired about our virtual assistant staffing and virtual receptionist services to qualify leads and book appointments for the sales team.
  3. Participate in daily coaching sessions with our experienced sales team.
  4. After demonstrating proficiency in appointment setting and product knowledge, transition into a full-time sales role.
  5. Manage your own pipeline and sales process to close deals.
  6. Use insights gained during training to proactively source and convert leads.

Qualifications :

  1. Previous experience in a sales and appointment-setting role is a MUST. We will train you, but you need to have experience selling.
  2. Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably GoHighLevel, is an asset.
