Front End Loader Operator

Minimum Requirements:

1. Foreman Certificate will be advantageous.
2. Winder Experience required.
3. Knowledge of working on PLCs will be advantageous.
4. Competent B certificate.
5. 5 Years and above as Electrical Foreman with Winder Experience.
6. Good general health AND a certificate of fitness (Red Ticket).

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Meet production targets, reduce costs & manage performance of direct production staff.
2. Process monitoring, control, optimisation and manage process recipe.
3. Effective supervision of subordinates (Attendance & Wellness).
4. Perform inspections in accordance with the Mine Health and Safety Act regulations and ensure compliance. Will hold 2.9.2 appointment.
5. Must have proven knowledge and experience on winders and chairlifts.
6. Ensure adherence to electrical standards and procedures.
7. Coordinate and monitor equipment availability and ensure continuous effective communication with relevant stakeholders to minimise production delays.
8. Identify key performance shortfalls, gaps, and critical improvement areas.
9. Coordinate training and development of team members.
10. Sound planning (time management), and organisational abilities.
11. Ability to plan, organize and prioritize.
12. Good customer and interpersonal skills.
13. Ability to function on your own and within a team.
14. Independent, self-motivated, proactive thinking.
15. Ability to communicate in English (written & verbal) and one other official language.
