Hire Resolve has partnered with a leading Mining House based in North West who is looking for a Cost Accountant to join their team of dynamic professionals. 1. Financial processing & reporting
2. Operation cost control & allocation
3. Preparing operational cost budgets
4. Cost reporting for operations
5. Asset register control
6. Operation purchasing & pricing control
7. Month end processes
8. Work closely with operations management and staff
9. Support to plant management and Financial Department
10. Stock Management
11. Implementation and control of spare inventory management system
12. Manage inventory
13. Ensure that stock levels are adequate
14. Manage, control and organise inventory counts
15. Stock value control
16. General housekeeping of warehouses
17. Supervision, coaching and mentoring of staff members

1. Grade 12 / Matric with accounting as a subject
2. Degree in Finance / Cost & Management Accounting
3. Post graduate qualification may be advantageous
4. 5 - 8 Years working experience in a similar field
5. Experience in cost management
6. Experience in spares inventory control
7. Must be an action-orientated person

1. Salary: R600K/yr - R720K/yr, negotiable
