A growing Westside financial services firm is looking for an Accounting Manager to add to their team. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for portfolio management, multi-entity accounting, billing and review, working with advisors, and cash flow reporting. To be successful in this role, the Accounting Manager will need to have emotional intelligence, be a problem solver, and have great interpersonal skills.

What do you need for this Accounting Manager role?

1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
2. 4+ years of accounting experience
3. Must have business management, small CPA, or family office accounting experience
4. Advanced Excel

What will you do for this Accounting Manager role?

1. Prepare financial statements
2. Bank and credit card reconciliations
3. Sign off on and check payroll and sales tax returns
4. Adjusting journal entries
5. Client financial reporting
6. Ensure bills are paid on time when needed
