Unifi is recruiting an experienced and dynamic Quality Assurance and Support Team Lead to join the software development team to help build out our world-class software platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and mentoring our QA testing and support team, driving process improvements, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. The candidate must be conscientious and have a natural curiosity to learn how things work. A healthy spirit of adventure and sense of humor would be helpful.
