Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing lottery participants via phone.
• Persuade customers to participate in the lottery while promoting its benefits.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure participant satisfaction.
• Accurately record customer interactions and follow compliance guidelines.
• Work towards personal and team-based sales targets.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) – Native or near-native level.
• Strong persuasion and communication skills.
• Customer service and/or sales experience (advantageous but not essential).
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
• Tech-savvy with a reliable internet connection.
