Creditors Clerk and Stock Control Assistant

Overview:

1. Managing the full cycle of account payable process
2. Ensuring timely and accurate payment to creditors
3. Working closely with various departments in the business
4. Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and stores
5. Handling various ad hoc financial tasks and contributing to the overall financial health of the business
6. Stock Control will be part of the role

Qualification:

1. Matric
2. Experience in account payable or creditors (min 2 years)
3. Understanding of accounting principles
4. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
5. Results driven

Advantages:

1. Qualification in Finance or Accounting
2. Experience in the optometry field
