Core Description

To provide Tier 1 systems support to ensure reliable ICT Infrastructure Services for NOC and SOC. Responsible for the installation, maintenance, diagnosing problems, analyses, testing, optimisation of services and integration of various technologies in the NMS, Data Centre and Hosting Management System environment. Responsible for and oversee day-to-day monitoring, IT security and decision making concerning the prompt restoration or provision of service in full or partial system failure(s).

Job Responsibilities

1. OUTPUT 1: Upgraded Network

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualification in Networking and or Telecommunications Engineering.
• Network Management Service experience.

Special Requirements:

• Full understanding of Network Management frameworks, techniques, concepts and principles.
• Ability to be on standby/ work overtime.
