Do receiving of goods (GRVs) on the system and ensure all relevant supplier accounts are accurate, up to date and liaise same with the Creditors department.
Support month end deadlines and results, ensure accurate accruals and accounting.
Keep the relevant dashboards and management tools accurate and up to date.
Ad hoc office duties.
Responsible for the Farm Services office’s 20 keys.
The Successful Candidate Must Meet The Following Requirements
A Matric Certificate/ Equivalent.
Excellent administrative and time management skills.
Computer knowledge and experience is essential.
Basic understanding of the 20 Keys concept essential.
Essential that the successful candidate is self-motivated & has the ability to meet strict deadlines.
