CGI Production Coordinator

As a CGI Production Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining and maintaining CGI standards, supporting architectural staff, and ensuring the studio remains at the forefront of industry advancements.

CGI Strategy, Implementation & Maintenance:

1. Shape and maintain the vision for CGI excellence.
2. Research trends and evaluate the value of new capabilities like Twinmotion and Unreal.
3. Oversee CGI deliverables, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
4. Collaborate with teams to define and uphold CGI quality standards.

CGI Support & Training

1. Manage material and component libraries.
2. Create and maintain procedural guides, training content, and "best of" collections.
3. Train staff on CGI systems and troubleshoot challenges.
4. Coordinate project reviews and maintain key studio resources (e.g., music, planting libraries).

Essential Skills & Criteria

1. A relevant architectural qualification with 5+ years of architectural visualization experience.
2. Expert knowledge of Twinmotion and its interoperability with Autodesk Revit.
3. Proven ability to train and transfer skills effectively.
4. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
5. Leadership abilities with a results-driven and strategic focus.

Advantageous Criteria

1. In-depth knowledge of Unreal Engine and Unreal Engine Blueprints.
2. Familiarity with international CGI trends and best practices.
