Creditors Clerk (Roodepoort / Fourways)

Our client, a well-established transportation organization, is seeking the services of a Creditors Clerk for the Fourways/Roodepoort, Johannesburg area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creditors and general administrative duties.

WE WILL ONLY CONSIDER CANDIDATES WHO ARE PROFICIENT IN PASTEL AND EXCEL.

Minimum Requirements

1. Grade 12
2. Must have Pastel Partner knowledge and working experience. NON-NEGOTIABLE
3. Must have Microsoft Excel qualification or working experience. Experience must include formulas: add, subtract, multiply, divide, and SUM. (We will test you)
4. Working experience in full debtors and creditors function on Excel and Pastel Partner.
5. Must have own transport.
6. Creditors experience is non-negotiable.
7. Minimum of 5 years experience in the same or similar admin role.
8. Must have strong attention to detail and be able to work with accuracy.
9. Must be able to work under pressure and at a very fast pace.
10. Experience in the automotive parts, manufacturing, motor, or transportation industry will be advantageous.
