Ray White Eastern Group is looking for a motivated Personal Assistant to join our large & established agency based at our Howick office.
In this role you will be part of our head office team and assigned to help a small number of salespeople who have registered for PA support. This means the role will have good variety in a dynamic, while being part of a close-knit team. You will be responsible for ensuring your sales team members are kept up to speed by providing ongoing sales, administration and business support. Ideally you will have at least 2 years' administration experience, as you will need to think on your feet with plenty of initiative and adaptability.

You will be working within a fast-paced and sometimes pressured environment, so your efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail along with your ability to multitask will be valued in this role. There will certainly be ample variety in your role to challenge you each day.
