Requirements:

1. At least 2 years’ waitering experience in a fine dining or busy restaurant setting.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
4. A professional disposition, positive attitude, and eager to learn.
5. Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
6. Must be available to work during hospitality hours (evenings, weekends, public holidays).

Responsibilities:

1. Waiting on guests.
2. Liaise with back-of-house (BOH) as needed.
3. Ensure an exceptional experience for all guests.
