Sales Administrator – Remote (Cape Town) | Exciting Opportunity with a UK-based Business!

Location: Remote – Cape Town, South Africa

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm)

Salary: 23,000 - 28,000 rands depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

  1. Sales Support & Administration: Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and reports while managing the Sales Manager’s calendar.
  2. CRM & Data Management: Keep the CRM (HubSpot preferred) up to date, track pipeline progress, and generate insightful reports.
  3. Sales Team Assistance: Act as the go-to person for the sales team, helping with onboarding, data entry, and touting.
  4. Order Processing & Follow-up: Ensure sales orders are processed smoothly and keep customers informed about their status.
  5. Customer Communication: Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring excellent service.
  6. Event Coordination: Help organize sales events, conferences, and promotional activities.
  7. Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with different departments to keep things running efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Experience: 2-3 years in sales administration, business development support, or a similar role.
  2. Tech Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) & MS Office (Google Sheets, Dropbox, Word, etc.).
  3. Soft Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Personal Attributes: Organized, proactive, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
