Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm)
Salary: 23,000 - 28,000 rands depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Sales Support & Administration: Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and reports while managing the Sales Manager’s calendar.
- CRM & Data Management: Keep the CRM (HubSpot preferred) up to date, track pipeline progress, and generate insightful reports.
- Sales Team Assistance: Act as the go-to person for the sales team, helping with onboarding, data entry, and touting.
- Order Processing & Follow-up: Ensure sales orders are processed smoothly and keep customers informed about their status.
- Customer Communication: Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring excellent service.
- Event Coordination: Help organize sales events, conferences, and promotional activities.
- Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with different departments to keep things running efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2-3 years in sales administration, business development support, or a similar role.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) & MS Office (Google Sheets, Dropbox, Word, etc.).
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Personal Attributes: Organized, proactive, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
