Creditors Controller

A Civil Construction Company Based in Stikland, Western Cape is seeking the professional services of a Creditors Controller to join their successful team on 1st February 2025.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Capturing of supplier invoices
2. Reviewing creditors reconciliations
3. Communicate and follow up with suppliers and managers regarding outstanding invoices and delivery notes
4. Managing the credit application process for suppliers
5. Assisting with audit processes
6. Providing ad hoc support to the financial manager

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the construction industry
2. Grade 12 minimum; formal accounting qualification is advantageous
3. Proficiency in Pastel Partner and MS Office (Advanced Excel)
4. Strong communication skills and a team player
5. Ability to handle large volumes of data, information, and tasks effectively
6. Self-motivated, meticulous, and deadline driven
