Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers while based in the office (customer base mainly consists of large supermarkets, Cash & Carries, and wholesale outlets).
Perform needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Communicate with customers via telephone.
Supply reports on customer needs, problems, and services.
Manage requests and queries.
Manage diary and schedules.
Confirm that processing on each account is complete before period closure.
Filing.
All and any other related duties as expected from the employer from time to time.
Required Skills:
Proven work experience with marketing in the FCMG sector (min 3 years experience).
Diploma/Degree in marketing.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Outlook programs.
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of sales.
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented & meticulous attention to detail.
Able to work under pressure.
Being up-to-date on the latest office gadgets and tech-savvy will be an advantage.
