Dynamics 365 Developer

Psybergate is an IT company that builds bespoke software solutions and provides highly skilled resources to its clients.

We’re looking for a talented Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join a fast-paced and innovative team, working on the development of model-driven apps to support lead management and broader CRM functionality. This a 12 month Contract based in JHB North (Onsite).
This role requires strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and custom development of business processes.

What you will be doing:

1. Design, develop, and implement model-driven apps for efficient lead management using MS Dynamics 365.
2. Create custom automations and business processes to enhance CRM functionality.
3. Proficiently work with Dynamics 365, specifically model-driven apps, Power Automate, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
4. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, assisting in the programming and configuration of CRM solutions.
5. Utilize the PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) and Microsoft Dataverse to build scalable solutions.
6. Write custom plugins, workflows, and business process flows within Dynamics 365 CRM.
7. Gain hands-on experience with MS Dynamics Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
8. Manage the development, configuration, and deployment of model-driven apps to production.
9. Follow Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices in a collaborative team environment.

1. Completed IT degree / BSc degree or other related fields.
2. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development.
3. Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
4. Expertise in building and deploying model-driven apps and custom automation.
5. Proficient in Power Automate, PowerApps, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
6. Experience with Microsoft Dataverse and PowerApps Component Framework (PCF).
7. In-depth knowledge of writing plugins, workflows, and business process flows in Dynamics CRM.
8. Solid background in high-level object-oriented programming (OOP) languages such as C# or Java.
9. Understanding of integration techniques and working with REST APIs.
10. Experience working with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
