Dynamics 365 Developer

Psybergate is an IT company that builds bespoke software solutions and provides highly skilled resources to its clients.

We're looking for a talented Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join a fast-paced and innovative team, working on the development of model-driven apps to support lead management and broader CRM functionality. This is a 12-month Contract based in JHB North (Onsite).

This role requires strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and custom development of business processes.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Design, develop, and implement model-driven apps for efficient lead management using MS Dynamics 365.
• Create custom automations and business processes to enhance CRM functionality.
• Proficiently work with Dynamics 365, specifically model-driven apps, Power Automate, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, assisting in the programming and configuration of CRM solutions.
• Utilize the PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) and Microsoft Dataverse to build scalable solutions.
• Write custom plugins, workflows, and business process flows within Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Gain hands-on experience with MS Dynamics Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
• Manage the development, configuration, and deployment of model-driven apps to production.
• Follow Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices in a collaborative team environment.

• Completed IT degree / BSc degree or other related fields.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
• Expertise in building and deploying model-driven apps and custom automation.
• Proficient in Power Automate, PowerApps, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse and PowerApps Component Framework (PCF).
• In-depth knowledge of writing plugins, workflows, and business process flows in Dynamics CRM.
• Solid background in high-level object-oriented programming (OOP) languages such as C# or Java.
• Understanding of integration techniques and working with REST APIs.
• Experience working with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
