Overview

Due to the growing demand for optimal service, we are urgently looking for Contact Center Agents for our Service Contact Center. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for consumers with questions about our household appliances, repairs, complaints, and associated services.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  1. Preferably, you have had a first successful work experience in a customer-oriented role.
  2. You have an interest in digital developments and can work well with computer systems.
  3. You have excellent verbal and written knowledge of Dutch - Essential.

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

  1. Answering questions about the use of household appliances, defects, and malfunctions.
  2. Following training on products, conversation techniques, and customer experience.
  3. Proactively contributing to customer satisfaction and personal development.
  4. Working in flexible shifts.
