We’re Looking for a Disruptive Creative Director (aka The Right Hand to the Vision)

To do that, we need a creative unicorn who thinks like a founder, creates like an agency, and moves like a startup.
Who you are:
- A creative rebel with taste, vision, and a portfolio to prove it.
- A strategist who understands people, psychology, and what makes content hit.
- A maker who can shoot, edit, animate, code, design, research, write, whatever it takes to get the idea out.
- A data nerd who loves figuring out what works, why it works, and how to make it work better.
- A communicator who’s great with people, building relationships, and making things happen.
- A right-hand partner, not just a team member, someone who wants skin in the game.
Your skillset includes:
- Video editing (Premiere Pro / After Effects / Final Cut / CapCut)
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Camera confidence (You can shoot, light, and direct your own content)
- UI/UX design (Figma, Adobe XD)
- Web knowledge (WordPress, Webflow, basic HTML/CSS/JS)
- Analytics + content performance tracking
- Copywriting chops (bonus if you write headlines that slap)
- Event/project management experience
- Creative strategy + campaign building
What you’ll do:
- Lead creative direction across multiple projects + brands
- Turn data and insights into scroll-stopping content
- Collaborate on strategy, brand building, and launches
- Design everything from pitch decks to websites to full-scale campaigns
- Manage shoots, edits, content drops, and creative calendars
- Help build a movement, not just a business
