We’re Looking for a Disruptive Creative Director (aka The Right Hand to the Vision)

Location: Brentwood Park Benoni

Type: Full time, Hands on, High energy

Start Date: Yesterday

To do that, we need a creative unicorn who thinks like a founder, creates like an agency, and moves like a startup.

Who you are:

  1. A creative rebel with taste, vision, and a portfolio to prove it.
  2. A strategist who understands people, psychology, and what makes content hit.
  3. A maker who can shoot, edit, animate, code, design, research, write, whatever it takes to get the idea out.
  4. A data nerd who loves figuring out what works, why it works, and how to make it work better.
  5. A communicator who’s great with people, building relationships, and making things happen.
  6. A right-hand partner, not just a team member, someone who wants skin in the game.

Your skillset includes:

  1. Video editing (Premiere Pro / After Effects / Final Cut / CapCut)
  2. Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  3. Camera confidence (You can shoot, light, and direct your own content)
  4. UI/UX design (Figma, Adobe XD)
  5. Web knowledge (WordPress, Webflow, basic HTML/CSS/JS)
  6. Analytics + content performance tracking
  7. Copywriting chops (bonus if you write headlines that slap)
  8. Event/project management experience
  9. Creative strategy + campaign building

What you’ll do:

  1. Lead creative direction across multiple projects + brands
  2. Turn data and insights into scroll-stopping content
  3. Collaborate on strategy, brand building, and launches
  4. Design everything from pitch decks to websites to full-scale campaigns
  5. Manage shoots, edits, content drops, and creative calendars
  6. Help build a movement, not just a business

This is not for you if:

  1. You want to “just do your part”
  2. You need layers of structure and hand-holding
  3. You’re not obsessed with brand, culture, and creative experimentation

This is for you if:

  1. You’ve always been the person who just figures it out
  2. You want to be a co-pilot in building something disruptive
  3. You’ve got the hustle of a freelancer, the brain of a founder, and the eye of a creative director
  4. You want to work on bold, fun, purpose-driven stuff that makes people feel something
