Responsibilities:

1. Supervise order picking, boxing, and palletizing to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
2. Coordinate and manage dispatch teams to maintain smooth workflow.
3. Oversee truck loading and ensure timely dispatch of goods.
4. Monitor stock movement and maintain order fulfillment standards.
5. Enforce health and safety regulations within the dispatch area.
6. Work collaboratively with other departments to optimize logistics.

Requirements:

1. Prior experience in a dispatch, logistics, or warehouse supervision role.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
4. Energetic, proactive, and hands-on approach to work.
5. Willingness to work some weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis.
6. Ability to work early shifts: 6 AM – 5 PM.
