Job Overview and Summary:

You will be responsible for export documentation and data entry for all shipments, including invoicing for general stock transfers and branch communication.

Performance Areas:

1. Invoicing of local orders to be delivered via Triton, Cargo, Big Foot as well as with our own vehicles.
2. Invoicing all export orders.
3. Prepare necessary export documentation for all consignments.
4. Arrange details of shipments with forwarders and carriers as necessary for exports.
5. Reconcile statements and invoices from courier companies.
6. File invoices/delivery schedules, driver delivery schedules, and collections.
7. Reconcile monthly petrol slips of drivers.
8. Manage fleet.
9. Assist Accounts and Sales with queries.
10. Facilitate process flow from warehouse to delivery.

Minimum Requirements:

Must have export admin and dispatch background. Syspro working knowledge is essential.
