• First time tracking query complaints resolution.
• Execution of Pre-alerted priority parcels.
• Execution of the problem parcel report.
• Handling of collections in a timorously manner.
• Benchmark of 1 escalated query per month.

Asset & Fleet Management

• Vehicle Inspections
• Monitoring of movement reports
• Updated vehicle register
• Compliance of vehicle services intervals & general maintenance of vehicles
• Updated equipment registers

Relationship

• Maintain good working relationship with all relevant stakeholders and employees.
• Relationship with district management
• Relationship with hubs management
• Actively involved in additional stakeholder communication forums
• Communication skills (e-mail)
• Participation in query resolution
• Relationship with other support partners
• Relationship with Medipost & PUP team

People Management

• Management of attendance & time keeping of staff
• Management of absenteeism & leave management
• Staff performance management
• IR knowledge and implementation
• Teambuilding initiatives
• Optimum staff utilization
• Knowledge of HR processes
• General Housekeeping of offices/ facility/ scanning stations
• Adherence to Travel Policy & Optimum Cost Saving

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• National Diploma (3yrs) or Higher in Logistics/Distribution/Freight/Courier or Supply Chain Management.

Experience:

1 to 3 years in the Junior Management role.
