WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

As the Director, People Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic partner to Boldr’s leadership, driving organizational success through people strategies. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to align People initiatives with business goals, ensuring Boldr remains a thriving, inclusive, and high-performing workplace. Your focus will be on enhancing leadership effectiveness, fostering employee engagement, and creating scalable solutions that support growth and development. You will lead a team of dynamic business partners to ensure proactive engagement driving our organization forward in our mission to do good and do well while driving our belief that talent is everywhere but opportunity is not.

WHAT WILL FILL YOUR WORKDAY

  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, providing insights and guidance on organizational design, culture, and people-related decisions.
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and execute cyclical People programs (i.e. compensation & performance cycles)
  • Partner with leaders on strategies that support organizational objectives, drive business outcomes and enhance the employee experience.
  • Lead initiatives that foster development, equipping leaders to effectively manage, inspire, and grow their teams.
  • Develop and implement scalable performance management processes that align individual and team goals with organizational success.
  • Design and implement initiatives to drive organizational change and performance.
  • Identify and address workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development needs.
  • Champion a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, and drive DEIB initiatives ensuring Boldr continues to be a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure the impact of People initiatives, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Design and execute engagement and retention strategies that align with Boldr’s mission and values.
  • Act as a coach to leaders in navigating change, helping them manage uncertainty and drive engagement and partner in the creation of thorough communication plans.
  • Collaborate with regional People teams to ensure alignment of global strategies with local needs and compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with Client Experience leaders to ensure alignment between employee satisfaction and client expectations, balancing both to maintain a high-performing, engaged workforce.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for senior leaders and team members, handling sensitive issues with empathy, discretion, and expertise.
  • Provide guidance on performance management processes, including disciplinary actions, to ensure they are fair, consistent, and aligned with Boldr’s values and legal standards.
  • Act as a key advisor on complex employee relations issues, ensuring that all actions taken are legally compliant, ethically sound, and support a positive workplace culture.

You Will Stand Out if You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in people/HR roles, with at least 3 years in leadership roles partnering with senior executives.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing people strategies that align with business goals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably in BPO or similar industries.
  • Expertise in organizational design, performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to influence decisions and drive strategic outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation in People practices.
