Hire Resolve's Client is seeking a Director of F&B to join their team. The Director of Food & Beverage will oversee all F&B operations across the property, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving profitability and operational excellence. The role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on management to uphold high-quality standards, ensure seamless service, and achieve financial goals. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership:
Develop and implement F&B strategies aligned with the property’s overall objectives.
Analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities for business growth.
Set and enforce performance standards and operational policies for all F&B outlets.
Operations Management:
Oversee the daily operations of restaurants, bars, banquets, and other F&B outlets.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Regularly review menus, service protocols, and overall guest experience.
Financial Oversight:
Prepare and manage the F&B department’s annual budget, ensuring cost control and revenue generation.
Monitor P&L reports and take corrective actions to address variances.
Collaborate with procurement to optimize vendor relationships and manage inventory effectively.
Team Management:
Lead, coach, and mentor the F&B team to foster professional growth and high morale.
Conduct performance reviews and implement training programs for staff development.
Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Guest Experience:
Ensure that all F&B services exceed guest expectations.
Manage guest feedback proactively and implement service recovery initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years in F&B management roles, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership position in a luxury or high-end hospitality environment.
Skills:
Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and forecasts.
Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities.
Proficiency in hospitality management software and tools.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Attributes
Demonstrated success in improving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Experience in menu development and implementing F&B innovations.
Deep knowledge of local and international cuisine, wines, and beverages.
