Overview

We are looking for an exceptionally skilled and detail-oriented Digital Designer with a passion for flawless execution and efficiency. This role demands mastery in transforming approved designs into platform-ready assets with speed, precision, and brand consistency. You'll collaborate with creative and technical teams to bridge the gap between vision and execution, ensuring seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Rapid Design Execution : Transform approved designs into platform-ready assets for digital channels (email, web, social media) while maintaining high speed and quality.
2. Brand Consistency : Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and design systems without compromising on turnaround time.
3. File Preparation : Finalise design files that are development-ready, meeting technical specs and tight deadlines.
4. Collaboration : Work closely with Quality Assurance and Project Management teams to troubleshoot challenges and ensure seamless implementation.
5. Asset Optimisation : Refine graphics, icons, illustrations, and visuals for optimal performance across platforms.
6. Trend Awareness : Stay updated on platform-specific best practices, trends, and emerging technologies to enhance workflows.
7. Teamwork : Support production processes by delivering consistent pixel-perfect assets while maintaining open and effective communication.

Requirements

Software Requirements

1. Mandatory Expertise : Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma for streamlined and efficient design workflows.
2. Bonus Skills : Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or motion graphics/animation tools to expand capabilities.

Technical Proficiency : Demonstrated expertise in digital design software with exceptional attention to detail.

Speed & Precision : Ability to execute projects quickly without sacrificing quality.

Solution-Oriented : Proactively address challenges, optimise workflows, and meet deadlines consistently.

Team Collaboration : Strong communication skills for efficient teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

There will be 3 days in office (Monday, Wednesday & Friday) in Bryanston, Johannesburg.

Work from home on Tuesday & Thursdays.
