Role Context
Provide input for preparation of and lead implementation of Programs (HR digitalization / global integration projects and HR systems) and Performance strategy; Lead and deliver programs/ projects that enhance HR effectiveness and efficiency and enable management information for decision making in line with current/ future business needs, Programs and Performance strategy, industry best practices, quality standards and cost budgets.
The role requires the individual to drive and manage the HR function within DHL Express SSA Cape Town Office. Act as a trusted advisor to the business and partnering with the members of the business management team. Provide input to and lead implementation of HR plans and policies for the Cape Town office by aligning HR activities to business needs and providing day-to-day HR support to attract, manage, develop, motivate and retain employees to achieve business objectives in line with business needs, HR strategy, industry best practices and current legislation.
