Our client is looking for an Alumni Director to play a vital role in coordinating all the functions of the Business School's alumni network.

Responsibilities and Skills required:

• Experience in heading the alumni department at a leading South African or international university / Business School.
• Successfully built and nurtured long-term alumni relationships, driving engagement through innovative strategies.
• Ability to manage and grow substantial funds.
• Experience securing major donations from high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and philanthropic foundations.

Visionary Leadership:

• Clear evidence of having transformed alumni relations into a powerful asset for institutional growth.
• Ability to set and deliver on ambitious targets for alumni engagement, fundraising, and global reach.

Network and Relationships:

• Established connections with high-profile academic, business, and philanthropic networks.
• Experience working with alumni in global settings, expanding the institution's reach beyond national borders.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

• Ability to develop and execute a long-term strategy for building the alumni network and endowment.
• Experience leveraging technology, digital platforms, and data analytics to enhance alumni engagement and fundraising efforts.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or MBA.
• 5 to 7 years experience working in the educational sector in a similar role.
• Proven successful track record in alumni management.
