Direct Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
1.Sales and Market Penetration:
- Engage potential customers in target areas for Fixed products (Fibre, FWA).
- Conduct door-to-door sales, community events, and campaigns.
- Ensure no overlap between Direct Sales Teams and Business Partners.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas.
2.Customer Acquisition:
- Educate customers on high-speed connectivity benefits.
- Complete sales forms and gather necessary documentation.
- Ensure smooth onboarding with clear communication and timelines.
3.Relationship Management:
- Build lasting relationships and provide ongoing support to increase product adoption.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer queries, installation updates, and troubleshooting.
4.Territory Coverage:
- Maximise customer reach in priority zones with high potential.
- Provide daily/weekly market insights on competitors and customer preferences.
5.Feedback and Reporting:
- Track and report daily sales activities, leads, conversions, and customer feedback.
- Submit timely sales reports for performance analysis.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Sales Targets: Monthly/quarterly sales performance.
- Territory Coverage: Number of interactions, leads, and completed applications per day.
- Sales Performance: Number of sales, lead-to-activation ratio, and error-free applications submitted.
