Qualifications :

• Minimum of 1 year working in a Digital Agency delivering Digital Projects (Mandatory)
• Experienced in understanding client objectives and developing project plans that deliver on those objectives while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
• Customer Success, Relationship Management, Account Management, or similar
• A breadth of knowledge across the digital marketing and creative technology sector, including but not limited to knowledge of CMS systems, web design and build, e-commerce, mobile web, SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Comfortable in leading communications or content delivery requirements.
• Calm and professional under pressure, able to make decisions and provide clear direction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• A high level of English speaking and communication skills.
• Strong use of digital project management tools.
• An understanding of the complexities and task flows for various digital products.
• Basic understanding of digital / technical skills, such as coding, CMS, LMS systems.
