Digital Project Manager

We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Digital Project Manager (remote role) to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of a diverse range of digital projects. Your primary objective will be to ensure that these projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and within budgetary constraints.

As a Digital Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including experts in design, development, marketing, and other key stakeholders. This role requires a strategic mindset and exceptional communication skills to coordinate efforts across departments and ensure the delivery of outstanding digital experiences. Your leadership will be pivotal in steering projects from inception to completion, managing client expectations, and ensuring satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analysing project requirements and preparing budgets and schedules.
2. Developing detailed designs, plans, and monitoring progress as well as writing up reports.
3. Liaising with relevant teams, clients, and managers for the duration of the project.
4. Establishing good relationships with clients and other professionals.
5. Using content management systems and project management software.
6. Keeping abreast of developments in the digital industry.

Compensation:

• R15000 - R20000 per month depending on experience.
• 40 days of paid leave per year.
• Fully remote working.

Working Conditions:
This is a remote position, and you will work from the comfort of your own home. You will need a computer and a reliable internet connection. This is a full-time position, and you will be required to work UK hours. You will communicate regularly with your team and clients through emails and online platforms.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 1 year working in a Digital Agency delivering Digital Projects (Mandatory).
2. Previous experience managing websites.
3. Experienced in understanding client objectives and developing project plans that deliver on those objectives while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
4. Customer Success, Relationship Management, Account Management, or similar experience.
5. A breadth of knowledge across the digital marketing and creative technology sector, including but not limited to knowledge of CMS systems, web design and build, e-commerce, mobile web, SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
6. Comfortable in leading communications or content delivery requirements.
7. Calm and professional under pressure, able to make decisions and provide clear direction.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
9. High attention to detail.
10. A high level of English speaking and communication skills.
11. Consistent project management methods.
12. Strong use of digital project management tools.
13. An understanding of the complexities and task flows for various digital products.
14. Basic understanding of digital/technical skills, such as coding, CMS, and LMS systems.
15. Interpersonal skills.
