Job Description:

The Digital Operations Specialist is pivotal in managing the technical setup and daily operations of our digital platforms. This role involves overseeing our SharePoint environment, WordPress website, social media integrations, and the strategic use of Microsoft 365 applications. The specialist will ensure these systems are optimized, secure, and effectively integrated to support the company’s digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Workflow Automation: Develop and manage automated workflows using Power Automate to enhance process efficiency across various departments.
• Forms Configuration: Design, build, and maintain digital forms within SharePoint to streamline data capture and processing.
• LMS Management: Configure and manage the SharePoint Learning Management System, ensuring it is structured to deliver training and resources effectively across the organization.
• Website and WordPress Management: Oversee the maintenance, updates, and functionality of the company's WordPress website.
• Social Media Integration: Ensure all social media platforms are effectively linked to and from the website, enhancing digital presence and engagement.
• Platform Integration and API Management: Handle the integration of various platforms using APIs, including social media channels, to improve operational efficiency and data consistency.
• Microsoft 365 Utilization and Strategy: Implement best practices for utilizing Microsoft 365 tools, including MS Exchange, Power BI, and other apps, to optimize workplace productivity and communication.
• Email System Transition: Manage the transition of email systems from IMAP to Microsoft Exchange, ensuring a smooth migration and maintaining data integrity.
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support for all digital tools, addressing technical issues to ensure smooth operation.
• Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with senior management to implement digital strategies and report on their effectiveness.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate, and WordPress.
• Strong skills in digital platform integration and API management.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 suite, particularly MS Exchange and Power BI.
• Knowledge of social media strategy and integration techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with various teams and stakeholders.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field advantageous.
