Our client in the global professional services industry is seeking a Digital Demand Marketing Specialist to join the Digital Demand Center of Excellence (CoE). This role contributes to the planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting of both inbound and outbound digital marketing activities. Responsibilities include managing search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), digital advertising, paid social media, content syndication, account-based marketing (ABM) platforms such as Terminus, and emerging digital channels.
What you will do:
- Support the development of paid digital channel strategy for themed marketing campaigns plans.
- Support definition of digital channels KPIs setting in collaboration with the campaign and/or program leader and measure results.
- Lead execution of digital channel strategy against campaign plan to surround and engage defined target audiences, managing internal stakeholders and external agencies to delivery.
- Translate digital channel strategies into project plans in project management system Wrike with tasks, actions, deadlines and dependencies.
- Provide digital channels campaign activation updates in campaign project meetings.
- Receive briefs for, advise, execute and report on ad hoc paid digital channels briefs from Regions or Divisional marketing teams.
- Manage activation of localized paid digital channel content i.e. translated digital ads and paid social activity ideally two weeks post global English market launch.
- Clear understanding of awareness versus demand generation platforms to make recommendations based on campaign business objectives.
- Brief, coordinate, and oversee the work of external digital agencies; end-to-end.
- Define and manage the process, implementation, timeline and delivery of paid media assets required to launch the digital strategy of the campaign and ongoing optimization.
- Work with Content Hub CoE, campaign owner and own team to brief in copy and creative requirements for digital channels and manage CoEs to deliver against SLAs.
- Ensure digital advertising specs are published and maintained for Content Hub channels copy and creative requirements.
- Work with campaign owners and portfolio experts to review and approve digital channels copy and creative in line with campaign launch timeline.
- Campaign set up (display banner activation) in ABM platform Terminus, including list set up, tactic creation, maintenance and optimization.
- Create and maintain Terminus display tactic schedule and library for visibility of all creative, tactics in market, target audiences, activation timelines etc.
- Manage creation and execution of paid media content calendars with agencies across digital channels, ensuring tactics are launched are retired in line with the content plan.
- Maintain digital channels tracker and timeline adjustments to ensure accurate view of what’s live in market when across multiple campaigns.
- Produce and maintain digital channels activation presentations with screengrabs of all ads in market.
- Ensure digital channels assets (copy, creative and screengrabs of ads) are housed in the correct campaign repository, and hyperlinked in the digital channels tracker for CoE/Region/Division visibility.
- Manage content syndication vendors including Scope of Work definition against target account list and buyer personas, lead delivery process and list template, target account list validation, regional engagement on leads received, list upload process in line with best practice guidance and lead type, and respective nurture campaign entrance.
- Ensure external agencies activate digital channel plans in line with defined country budget allocations.
- Maintain channels performance benchmarks and ensures inclusion of these in campaign reports to understand campaign performance comparison.
- Coordinate with agencies to monitor campaign success, including campaign tracking and evaluation in accordance with internal goals and optimize where applicable.
- Provide inputs into campaign reporting for digital channels performance (e.g. digital advertising, SEM, SEO, content syndication, Terminus, paid social).
- Work with external partners, agencies and vendors to optimize campaign performance.
- Share and educate other departments and employees about trends in digital advertising.
- Support achievement of SEO and SEM goals through agency program management.
- Manage SEM ad set content updates and Sitelink extension changes when required.
- Support regions, countries, divisions with UTM tracking requirements for accurate campaign reporting.
- Coordinate weekly project and campaign optimization meetings with agencies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Three to five years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within a corporate environment.
- Proven experience managing agency relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute integrated marketing programs that combine inbound and outbound tactics.
- Strong commitment to client satisfaction and service delivery.
- Reliable, with a consistent track record of producing high-quality work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage work processes effectively to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Terminus and Eloqua is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and their role in digital marketing.
- Collaborative team player with a track record of meeting and exceeding team goals.
- Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
