Digital Marketing Manager (JB5161)
Germiston, Johannesburg
R45 – 50 000 CTC per month
Permanent

Seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute innovative marketing strategies that align with business objectives. This role requires a hands-on approach to digital marketing, social media, and creative campaign execution. Design experience is an added advantage.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 5 – 8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the retail sector.
  3. Strong expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email marketing, and website content management.
  4. Hands-on design experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools is an advantage.
  5. Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies.
  6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  7. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships and lead a marketing team.
  8. Experience in retail and trade marketing will be beneficial.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Planning & Execution:
    Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
    Translate strategic objectives into data-driven marketing campaigns.
    Monitor and analyze market trends to adapt strategies for optimal performance.
  2. Digital & Social Media Management:
    Oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and website content.
    Utilize Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite to optimize digital campaigns.
    Manage the online brand presence and ensure engagement across all digital platforms.
  3. Creative & Content Development:
    Lead the creative execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency.
    Work closely with designers to develop compelling marketing materials, including digital assets and print collateral.
    Provide hands-on design support when necessary.
  4. Retail & Trade Marketing:
    Plan and execute in-store and online promotions, point-of-sale materials, and retailer campaigns.
    Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives.
    Manage and strengthen relationships with key retail partners.
  5. Team Leadership & Project Management:
    Supervise and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
    Oversee marketing budgets, project timelines, and resource allocation.
    Organize and coordinate events, activations, and promotional activities.
  6. Market Research & Analytics:
    Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities.
    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and digital marketing advancements.
    Implement innovative marketing techniques, including AI tools to enhance efficiency and creativity.
