We’re a fast-paced, full-service digital marketing and design studio with a special interest in lifestyle—from food and beauty to interiors and design. Some of our clients include Decorex, Woolworths, Zapper, Red Rocket Energy, and Olympic Paints. Our work spans the entire brand ecosystem, with clients trusting us to shape everything from visual identity and websites to product campaigns, animations, retail activations, and always-on content.

We're hiring a Digital Designer who thrives in a fast-moving environment and brings both creativity and precision to the table. You’ll be part of a collaborative, cross-functional team, working closely with our Production Manager to deliver high-impact creative across multiple platforms and touchpoints. You’ll take direction from our Creative Director, but we also value initiative, good ideas, and a proactive approach to your craft.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Designing for digital touchpoints including social media, newsletters, websites, and online campaigns
2. Supporting on larger creative outputs like brand development, product launches, and content shoots
3. Collaborating with the production manager on content calendars, briefs, and creative planning
4. Adapting creative assets for various formats and audiences while maintaining brand integrity
5. Bringing fresh, relevant visual ideas to the table and keeping an eye on trends in food, beauty, and lifestyle

What We're Looking For:

1. 1-2 years of experience in a digital or design studio environment (agency experience is a plus)
2. A strong, polished portfolio that shows a sharp eye for design, layout, and brand storytelling
3. Ability to design for both static and motion-based outputs (basic animation skills are a bonus)
4. High attention to detail and excellent time management
5. A collaborative mindset—you enjoy working in a team and receiving direction or feedback
6. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

The Role:

1. Full time with a 3-month trial period
2. Hybrid work setup – part in-office, part work-from-home
3. Based in Cape Town
