Diesel Generator Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Hygiene and cleaning of the slaughtering area, cool rooms, skin shed, and outer area of the complex.
• The care and maintenance of all plant and equipment, abattoir buildings, and surrounds.
• Stock control and storage of all products utilized in abattoir production.
• Manage animals before and during the slaughtering process.
• Trim, bone, and slice carcasses so they are ready for sale or further processing.

Requirements:

• Relevant training and experience.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a management role.
• Relevant certificates and qualifications.
