2. Share expertise with stakeholders, building relationships as a trusted advisor.
3. Optimize build infrastructure configuration for improved performance.
4. Enhance reliability and efficiency of DevOps processes.
5. Design and maintain automated release channels.
6. Identify automation opportunities for build tools and dependencies.
7. Recommend solutions to improve software development processes.
8. Oversee releases into QA and production, managing code merges and branching strategies.
9. Implement automation tools and frameworks, fostering collaboration between teams.

Experience and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
2. 8-10 years' experience with 5 years in a Release Manager role.
3. Knowledge of IT governance frameworks.
4. Experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI / CD) pipelines.
5. Proficiency in DevOps and Agile methodologies.
